Delivery and shipping costs
 
We deliver, by payment in advance or by Paypal, directly following notification of receipt of payment. By using the cash on delivery option we deliver generally within 48 hours of order receipt.
 
The delivery is always using the DHL insured parcel service with the option to use the tracking service from DHL
 
Deliveries within the EU or international will generally and only be processed using payment in advance.
 
·          For deliveries within Germany a fixed shipping charge of Euro 6,90
·          By Cash on Delivery there will be an extra charge of Euro 7,00 incurred by the German Post or DHL.
·          For deliveries within the EU the shipping cost will be Euro 17,00
·          For deliveries to Switzerland there will be fixed shipping fee of Euro 30,00
·          For purchase order over Euro 50,00 within Germany the shipping cost will be free of charge
·          For deliveries outside of the EU, shipping costs will be advised on request
