2.    Delivery
 
The customers Order constitutes a contractual offer, which is the accepted by the written confirmation. The delivery of the Goods ordered enforces the contractual purchase in terms of the Order under the jurisdiction of these General terms & Conditions of Sale.
 
We generally ship the Goods within 48 hours of receipt of the purchase order but subject to receipt of the payment payable by bank-transfer in advance or by Paypal. Payment by cash on delivery/receipt of the goods collected by the carrier (DHL) will be shipped also within 48 hours of the order receipt.
 
We deliver only with the German Post, otherwise DHL to your stated delivery address. No deliveries can be made to Postboxes or equivalent.
 
There is no minimum Order value.
 
The transport costs valid at the time of the purchase are shown in your shopping basket at the time of confirming the order.
 
Deliveries to countries other than Germany are only made subject to payment in advance. The transport costs using the carrier (DHL) will be the actual current costs subject to their price list. If you have any questions concerning the amount for shipping to your land please contact our Service Dept. before completing your order.

3.    Final Delivery
 
Partial deliveries are allowed only if there is no major disadvantage to the Customer. The additional shipping costs in the case will be born by the Seller.
 
4.    Payment Methods – Germany
 
Payment in Advance: please transfer the invoice amount to the following bank account:
Bank: Sparkasse Dortmund, Account Nr. 491008245, Bank Code: 440 501 99
 
DHL Cash on Delivery: You can pay the invoiced amount plus the cash on delivery surcharge of Euro 5,00 together with the payment collection surcharge of Euro 2,00 to the carrier (DHL).
 
Customers under the age of 18 years due to german legal reasons, can only be delivered under the terms of ‘cash on delivery’.
 
Payment in Cash: You can of course having completed your online-order comfortably at home come in to our shop premises and complete your payment and take collection of the Goods. Of course the due shipping costs according the purchase order confirmation will not be levied.
 
Financing: We can offer you a financial services subject to additional terms above those mentioned in these General terms & conditions of Sale. Finance contracts can only be completed on our shop premises.
 
5.    Payment Methods – Foreign (outside of Germany)
 
Currently customers living outside of Germany can only complete their purchase using the payment option: payment in advance. Please make these payments by bank transfer stating your Name to the following bank:

6.    Retention of Title
 
In all cases the goods remain property of the owner as in 1. Above until valid payment has been received.
 
7.    Prices
 
The prices shown are the recommended retail prices of the manufacturer including 19% German VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Printing errors cannot be excluded.
 
 
 
 
8.    Warranty
 
Warranty is given according the statutory provisions. The purchaser is entitled to, having received faulty goods, demand a consequential provison of repair to the goods or replacement of fault-free goods.
This means in this case that the goods will be repaired by the manufacturer or replaced completely.
 
If disproportionately high costs arise from your chosen warranty provision then, we would have the right to reject this form and to choose the other option, only if this is also not connected with disproportionate costs. The warranty period is according to the law two years from delivery of the goods to you as our customer. Please inform us of any defects in writing and remember to attach a copy of the invoice in its original form.
 
9.    Liability
 
We exclude our liability for negligent breach of duty, provided these are not contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health or guarantees, or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same holds for any of our agents.
 
 
10. Compalints
 
Complaints should be directed to our Service Dept.
Important:For the processing of complaints, we need the original receipt. Complaints processing and repairs can only made by the manufacturer on clean, unpolluted articles.
Warranty according to Statutory provisions is not affected by this clause.

Contact is at best during shop opening hours:

You may return the received goods, without giving notice of reason, within a time period of 14 days. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first installment), and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Abs . EGBGB 1 and 2 as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The revocation period is sufficient to send the notification or the goods

Consequence of Withdrawal:
 
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg. interest) are to be surrendered. Can you give us the performance received whole or in part only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. This will not apply if the impairment during the test - as they would in a retail store - occurs. You can avoid the risk of compensation by checking and proving the goods in a proper manner and not using them as if there were already your own property. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us, with their receipt

All personal data is treated confidentially.
Your personal data is retained only as necessary to perform the delivery or the transaction of business required, and will not be passed on to other companies.
By ordering, the customer agrees to the storage of their data. He is entitled to obtain his data and if necessary change information or to delete them.
